A delegation of workers met Member of Parliament Kalaben Delkar and explained their grievances in detail. The main issues include chronic delay in salary payments, extremely low wages, absence of annual increments, and lack of job security despite long years of dedicated service.
Many workers emotionally shared that even after working for more than two decades, they are unable to fulfill basic needs of their families due to irregular and low payments.
